Operation Guide for Java applet

The upper helf of applet is the pictoral area to show Radial Basis Function Networks simulation. The left of this region is composed of three objects. The blue data denote training data(100 units noisy data). The red data denote test data which are clean without noise. And the black curve is R²BF simulation graphic with weights. The right of this region is normalized mean squared error calculated from each epochs.

The lower helf of applet is control panel for setting noise model, learning model, noise phase, and buttons.
